the last song is a beautiful book about two people who fall in love over time.
a 15 year old girl "ronnie" is going to vist her dad foe the first time sences her momm and dad spit up. ronnie hates her dad more than ever and she refuses to give him the time of day.Ronnie stomes off to the beach as soon as they arive at her dads. she meets up with this girl who seems to be the only person that she can connect with there. her dad trys everything in his power to eurn his daughters love back. he soon finds out that the people that ronnie has choose to hang out with are troubled kids.ronnie had gotten in to some trouble back home with stealing and she had told that girl blaze bout how if she does not do anything to get in trouble for a year that she is off the hook. blazes boyfriend frames ronnie to make it look like she was hitting on him so, when ronnie tryed to expain her self to blaze,blaze stuck some very valuabal thing in ronnies bag with out her knowing. ronnie got cought and was stund when they pulled the record out her bag. when she told her dad that she was enicent and that he had to believe her he said ok i do i trust her thats when things stared going up hill with there relationship if that were her mom she would had never believed her. ronnie than became really coles to a boy named will and they spent all summer together walking the baech,goingto the aquium.playing vallyball. and then one day her dad was on his way out to see ronnie,will,and ronnies little brother and just fell. turns out ronnies dad was ding and thats really why she was shiped out there and she felt so bad at the way she acted to her dad and now she couldent take it back. 2 weeks later her dad died in the hospital. she found out that will knew along that her dad was sick and did not tell her.
The Last Song it a great book, just like the movie. It is all about falling in love, trust, and most of all, family. The biggest conflict in this book, is that Ronnie and her dad don't get along,and turns out in the end that her dad has being dieing of a disease. She never knew that. The life lesson out of this book is always love your family members or anyone because one day they are going to be gone, and you won't get the time back.
